Legal Practice:  Corporate Law for over ten years, with experience in counselling and consulting services to international companies in Administrative, Mercantile, Business, Notarial and Civil Law; Currently responsible for the disputes and administrative actions of Viteri & Viteri, particularly in connection with Industrial Property Law regarding the preparation, direction, and prosecution of appeals for annulment or for reversal, motions to set aside, and contentious-administrative actions; Experience in arrangements, actions, permits, licenses, and records of cases, administrative remedies, and authorizations with several offices and agencies of the Government of Guatemala, Guatemalan Immigration Service for foreign executives, Real Estate Record Office, Civil Registry and General Corporate Business Registry of Guatemala City Hall, other entities and institutions of the Central Government, and decentralized and autonomous agencies. Experience in administrative actions and files for more than ten years with several agencies or divisions of the public administration, as a result of the relations that several international companies permanently have with the Government of Guatemala and with several decentralized or autonomous entities, such as:  Department of Communications, Infrastructure, and Housing,  Department of Economic Affairs,  Department of Energy and Mines,  Department of the Interior,  Treasury Department, Civil Aeronautics,  Telecommunications Examining Office,   Department of National Defense .
