Ms. Flores graduated cum laude from Universidad Católica de Honduras “Nuestra Señora Reina de la Paz College of Law in 2006.

She also holds a Master of Laws in Corporate Law, magna cum laude, from UNITEC (The Central American Institute of Technology). Ms. Flores speaks Spanish, English, and French.
