Mr. Aguilar graduated from the Universidad Autónoma de Honduras’ School of Law.

Legal Experience
Mr. Aguilar brings with him considerable judiciary experience having served as District Judge in the municipalities of Yuscuaran and Choluteca. He also served as Criminal District Judge in Tegucigalpa and as Judge in the Registry of Land and Commercial Property in the city of El Progreso. Moreover, Mr. Aguilar served as Counsel for HONDUTEL, Honduras’ national telecommunications company and was Special Prosecutor in the Attorney General’s Office in San Pedro Sula. In private practice, Mr. Aguilar was founding partner of Aguilar & Associates.
