Alonso Porras has performed as a practitioner in Corporate Law, Energy, Real Estate, Competence Law and Consumer Protection. He has specialized in assisting foreign investors accompanying them in their process to establish and incorporate in Nicaragua, such as their Constitution as companies, due diligence, obtaining licenses and permits from the authorities, including the incorporation of companies in Free Zones, and the advice of the day to day operation of the company.

Mr. Porras has comprehensive experience in Public Policy, Administrative and Regulatory Law, he has advised international agencies in investment promotion and public institutions in matters related to regulatory frameworks to facilitate trade and business and improve the legal framework to attract investments. Additionally, he has been a Representative in the National Assembly.

Mr. Porras graduated Magna Cum Laude from the school of law of the University Catholic in 2011; Cum Laude in Master Degree in Company Corporate Law at the American University and a Master in Business Administration in the INCAE in 1994.
