Dr. Gutierrez is an Attorney and Notary, specialized in litigation, with twenty-two years of experience as legal practitioner and preventive advice to companies. He is a specialist in civil, administrative and commercial fields’ litigation.
He is a legal professional since 1996, graduated from the School of Law at the Universidad Centroamericana (UCA) and during his career he has also served as a University Professor.
He obtained a Master Degree in Commercial Law in 2012 at the Polytechnic University of Nicaragua and a Master Degree in higher education in 2015 at the Universidad Paulo Freire. He also studied Post Grade Courses in Contentious Administrative Law; Bank and Bank Law; Practice of Mediation and Arbitrage;
He became a Lawyer and Notary member before the Supreme Court of Justice of the Republic of Nicaragua in 1998.
