Ramiro Rodriguez has extensive experience in Corporate and Real Estate Law; as practitioner in migration legal services; telecommunications; Constitution of Trusts Contracts and legal advice in general, providing services to prepare contracts, due diligence and opinions of all the possible scenarios according to the needs and interests of clients. He has also vast experience in the Constitution of Horizontal property (condominium) and its regulations (CC & R), obtaining all permissions for the execution of such regime, all kinds of transfer of real estate and rights of possession, mergers and acquisitions, incorporation of legal entities, transfer of shares, reforms of documents of incorporation, residency services according to the category of the applicant, tourism benefits for investment, import of articles for the home and any other legal services focused on providing first class services to the clients of the firm.
He obtained his Bachelor Degree in the Faculty of law at Universidad Americana UAM in 2007 and became a member of professional Lawyer and Notary before the Supreme Court of Justice of Nicaragua in 2008.
